“We will only be accepting physical deck lists, no email or digital submissions. Lists may be hand written or typed.

Deck lists are due by 9:45AM. Round one pairings will be posted at 9:55AM, and we will begin promptly at 10AM.

Your Head Judge for the event will be Joshua Litvinoff, and your Assistant Head Judge will be Dominic Venezian.

Wow currently have 61 players pre-signed up for the event. We anticipate that number growing the morning of. With that in mind, we will be having a 30 minute break after Round 4 of Swiss concludes. We will be doing 30 minute best of 1 rounds for Swiss.

After Swiss rounds conclude, we will have an additional 45 minute break to conduct final deck checks and give our top cut players a quick break.

Once we come back for Top Cut, we will be offering another tournament experience for those who did not make Top 8. For $10, we will be hosting 8-person single elimination pods, with 2 Pokemon Prize Packs for entry and the winner of each pod receiving a “vintage” (X&Y, Sun & Moon, Sword & Shield) playmat. Cash or digital payment (Cash App) will be available for this.

We will also be hosting a learn to play area with Hunter from Plunder Gaming! He will be conducting learn to plays from 12PM to 2 PM, if anyone in your life would like to come and learn more about the Pokemon TCG!
